I’m on the way to a Google event
but today I’m gonna talk about how to launch your product successfully they
might be wondering how should you launch a new product in market there are so
many variables depending on the products or the app or the game whatever you’re
creating but I would say that the fundamentals is to understand exactly
how the market who are the companies that are doing something like this right now
what are they where are they selling are they saying on Amazon are they selling
on their own e-commerce or the sale far fetch aces you should be launching
products in blue ocean markets in Ocean Strategy says basically that the best
way for you to innovate and to create a whole new category for a new product is
by going to market or target audiences of people who never experienced
something like that second thing to my mind is the appeal you might be creating
a product or service or an app that has a very niche of you you’re gonna take a
lot of efforts to create something new and at the end of the day you’re gonna
have thousand people who are gonna enjoy a product what’s the point if you are
into making a business out of it think about the appeal a more mainstream
appeal a wider target audience that could be potentially buy your products

want to align yourself and do partnerships and do all sorts of stuff
with big brands and what these guys are doing is aligning themselves with Google

them on the map anyway let’s go in another thing to my mind is that as
marketing starts by defining which broader to want to make it’s not at the

needs to be as thought through since the beginning when you start and maybe the
game she just think about who would pledge no I think it’s too difficult
because when we start making it you don’t know what it’s going to be ready
