MRI software has been around 45 years we focus on property and investment management software for the real estate industry. We have 660 employees around the globe. You know the culture is very hardworking. It’s fun, and a lot of that is a testament to, you know, the culture that our CEO Pat and the rest of our SLT has built here. We are a business that prides ourself in innovation, and obviously a very strong culture of people that are very convicted and passionate for a long future. We have town hall meetings quarterly. It is an opportunity really to communicate to the entire company across the globe about what we’ve achieved for the past quarter. The role of the leadership team is to use these meetings to recognize people to emphasize what we feel good about and to emphasize what we don’t feel good about, and I think there needs to be a reasonable blend of both. Ultimately you should walk out of the room and most importantly feel that logo you’re wearing on your shirt is something you can be proud of. When you’re communicating over email or you’re communicating through layers of people you’re never essentially singing the same song, so to be able to provide a singular message with a singular voice: it’s significantly important and I think it’s helped change our culture. In the past we use a couple of different technologies, you know, we try to utilize Gotomeeting we try to utilize WebEx, and those tools have, you know, they’re very strong for what they’re designed to do. Which I think is more intimate meetings with remote people, but when you’re trying to broadcast an entire town hall for two hours to hundreds of people around the planet, those tools kind of broke down for us. So we turn to BoxCast to solve it so the first time I saw our BoxCast telecast, if you will, the meeting being streamed seemed to be more professional than the actual meeting I was in. We plug in HDMI on one end and an internet connection on the other, we go to the website, we set it up, and it’s done. I have set up a BoxCast in a minute and been live streaming. I think that is probably the genius behind the technology. Our ability to create high definition, very impactful video footage that someone can learn from, in a repetitive format: that is powerful!
